I am an experienced licensed professional counselor who is committed to helping my adolescent and adult clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, and trauma.

I am passionate about my role as a helper and the partnership that is created when I work with adolescents, adults, and seniors on their journeys toward wellness. Typical goals that I help my clients achieve are: Moving forward after traumatic events. Creating a mindful, purposeful way of facing life's challenges such divorce, infertility, and grief /loss. Developing skills to cope with symptoms of depression or anxiety. Staying present during the transition to becoming a new parent, tackling a new career, or moving toward retirement. I have twenty-two years of experience providing psychotherapy to adolescents and adults of all ages. I draw from well researched therapeutic approaches to help my client's reach their goals. My expertise includes helping those that suffer from PTSD, anxiety, family of origin issues, infertility, and grief and loss. It can be hard to take the first step to seek therapy. Please know that I approach therapy with a passion to make a connection and provide unconditional support. I strive to hep my clients make sense of their emotional experiences and develop ways to build meaningful connections with others.
