About me
I am dedicated to helping individuals work through trauma, anxiety, and other life challenges with compassion and care. My focus is on creating a safe, supportive space where you can process difficult experiences, develop new insights, and build the tools needed to move forward. Healing is a journey, and I am committed to walking alongside you as you take steps toward growth, resilience, and a more fulfilling life.
I am a fun-loving and lighthearted person who believes that life is meant to be enjoyed and that happiness is something worth sharing. At the same time, I bring compassion, professionalism, and dedication to my work as a therapist. I strive to create an environment where clients feel comfortable, supported, and empowered to face challenges while also remembering that joy and laughter are essential parts of healing and growth.
