About me
I'm a counselor dedicated to supporting individuals through life's most challenging transitions and struggles. I work with clients across the lifespan, bringing compassionate, evidence-based care to those navigating depression, anxiety, stress, and substance use concerns.
My practice centers on helping people build meaningful connections with themselves and others. I specialize in addressing self-esteem, communication difficulties, isolation, and the complex emotions that arise from life changes—including grief, shame, guilt, and feelings of abandonment. I'm particularly skilled in supporting men's issues, midlife transitions, and young adult challenges, as well as helping individuals explore their sense of purpose and identity.
I also work with those managing mood disorders, impulsivity, self-harm, and the weight of emptiness or disconnection. Whether you're navigating adoption and foster care experiences, body image concerns, or avoidant patterns, I'm here to meet you with genuine care and understanding.
My approach is grounded in respect and authenticity. I believe therapy works best when built on honest dialogue and a real connection between therapist and client. I'm committed to creating a space where you feel heard, valued, and supported as you move toward greater self-compassion and meaningful change.
