About me
LCSW, licensed in NY, pursuing my doctorate. 18+ years working with individuals, families, and couples. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, autism, and emotional dysregulation — always focused on the whole person, not just the diagnosis. Affirming provider.
I became a social worker because I believe people are more capable of change than they are often given credit for—they need the right support to get there.
I'm a licensed clinical social worker with over a decade of experience working with individuals, families, and couples of all ages. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, stress and mood disorders, ADHD, autism, and emotional dysregulation — but I'm always focused on the whole person, not just the diagnosis. I allow room to work closely with family members, because some of the most powerful change happens when the people around you understand you better, too.
