About me
I hold a Master of Social Work degree, am fully licensed in New York State, and am currently pursuing my doctorate in social work. Over 18 years of clinical experience, specialized certifications in trauma and ADHD, extensive training in CBT, DBT, ACT, and MI, and an affirming provider.
I became a social worker because I believe people are more capable of change than they are often given credit for—they need the right support to get there.
I'm a licensed clinical social worker with over a decade of experience working with individuals, families, and couples of all ages. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, stress and mood disorders, ADHD, autism, and emotional dysregulation — but I'm always focused on the whole person, not just the diagnosis. I allow room to work closely with family members, because some of the most powerful change happens when the people around you understand you better, too.
