About me

I help women who feel responsible for everyone and everything quiet anxiety, loosen perfectionism, set healthier boundaries, and feel more like themselves again.

You may be the woman everyone relies on. You keep track of what needs to be done, anticipate what others need, and hold everything together. On the outside, you seem capable and dependable. Inside, you may feel anxious, exhausted, resentful, or afraid that everything will fall apart if you stop doing so much.

Hi there, I’m Hayley. I’m a recovering fixer, gold badge holder in mom guilt, and perfectionist. I know what it’s like to lie awake worrying, throw yourself into what you can control, and lose parts of yourself along the way. I work with women who are used to being the strong one, the person everyone relies on when something goes wrong. You don’t have to be that with me.

Our work is honest and collaborative, focused on helping you set down some of the pressure and feel more like yourself again. Together, we will explore the patterns driving your anxiety, overthinking, perfectionism, people-pleasing, burnout, and constant sense of responsibility while building practical ways to respond differently.

My approach integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, parts-informed work, cognitive behavioral strategies, mindfulness, attachment-based therapy, and somatic awareness. Therapy is tailored to you because no two women experience anxiety, relationships, or responsibility in exactly the same way.

You will not be asked to become less caring, capable, or driven. Our work will focus on helping you stop measuring your value by how much you carry, set boundaries without being consumed by guilt, and make room for your own well-being. You can hold a lot. That doesn’t mean you have to hold it all.

I offer online therapy for adult women throughout Oklahoma and Texas. Christian faith can also be incorporated into therapy when requested, but faith-based integration is always optional and guided by your preferences.
