About me
Helping teens, adults, and couples heal from trauma, strengthen relationships, and break free from the patterns keeping them stuck.
Reaching out for therapy isn't always easy, and finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, overwhelming stress, or simply feeling stuck, you don't have to navigate it alone.
I believe therapy is most effective when you feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you can be yourself, explore difficult experiences at your own pace, and work toward meaningful, lasting change. Therapy isn't about being "broken"—it's about understanding the experiences that have shaped you, recognizing patterns that no longer serve you, and learning new ways to move forward.
I work with teens, adults, couples, and families experiencing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, relationship difficulties, life transitions, grief, stress, perfectionism, people-pleasing, low self-esteem, anger, and substance use concerns. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling emotionally exhausted, overwhelmed, or caught in the same patterns despite their best efforts to change. Together, we'll work to understand what's keeping those patterns in place while building practical tools that create lasting growth.
My approach is collaborative and tailored to your individual needs. I draw from evidence-based therapies including Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), attachment-based therapy, trauma-informed care, and the Gottman Method for couples. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach, I integrate techniques that best fit your goals, strengths, and experiences.
I believe healing happens when we address both the symptoms you're experiencing today and the deeper experiences that contributed to them. While developing coping skills is important, lasting change often comes from understanding yourself with greater compassion, strengthening your relationships, and creating new ways of responding to life's challenges.
If you're looking for a therapist who is compassionate, genuine, and willing to both support and gently challenge you, I'd be honored to be part of your journey. Together, we'll work toward helping you build resilience, healthier relationships, greater self-understanding, and a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling.
No matter where you are in your journey, change is possible, and you don't have to face it alone.
