About me
I am a licensed clinical social worker with 6 years of experience helping young adult women and teens struggling with anxiety, depression, and relationships.
I specialize in helping young women move past all of this to heal anxiety, attachment wounds, and the complicated relationship patterns keeping you stuck. Together, we go deeper than surface-level coping. Using an attachment-focused, trauma-informed approach, we’ll uncover the what is driving your anxiety in your relationships, things like overthinking, people-pleasing, or losing your sense of self. Using CBT, DBT, & ACT, we’ll practice setting boundaries without guilt and build self-trust that is lasting.
