Beginning therapy can feel empowering, confusing, and even a little scary all at once, and that’s completely normal. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who is passionate about helping adults and teens explore their relationships and gain insight into patterns that contribute to stress. I support clients in building assertive communication skills and strengthening boundaries with both themselves and others, with the goal of enhancing quality of life, self-worth, and confidence. I prioritize clear, open communication to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment.
