About me
If you are struggling with shame and isolation, and you want to strengthen your relationships, and create healthy connection, integrity, and lasting change then lets get to work.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) dedicated to helping men navigate life's challenges with honesty, courage, and purpose. My practice focuses on working with men experiencing relationship difficulties, pornography and sex addiction, anxiety, shame, life transitions, and the pressures that often come with trying to carry life's burdens alone.
Before entering private practice, I worked at Gentle Path at The Meadows, where I specialized in treating sex addiction and compulsive sexual behaviors. That experience, combined with years of counseling and mentoring men, has shaped my belief that lasting change happens when people are given a safe, nonjudgmental space to be seen, challenged, and supported.
My mission is simple: I create connection by providing sacred space. Whether in individual therapy, men's groups, or outdoor retreats, I strive to create an environment where men can slow down, become more aware of themselves, strengthen their relationships, and develop healthier ways of living.
I believe healing is more than reducing symptoms. It is about understanding the stories we tell ourselves, identifying unhealthy patterns, building emotional resilience, and learning to live with greater integrity and authenticity. My approach integrates evidence-based practices, cognitive and behavioral strategies, trauma-informed care, and experiential learning to help clients create meaningful, lasting change.
Outside the therapy office, I have spent more than 30 years leading backpacking trips, reflection hikes, and outdoor experiences. Nature has always been a place of renewal for me, and I enjoy incorporating its restorative qualities into retreats that encourage reflection, personal growth, and deeper connection.
Seeking help takes courage. Whether you are working to rebuild trust, overcome addiction, reduce anxiety, or simply become the man you want to be, I would be honored to walk alongside you in that journey.
