About me
I have many years of experience providing trauma informed care, support and skill building to a multitude of clients from diverse backgrounds. I primarily work with individuals over the age of eighteen. I am also experienced in treating substance use disorder, preferring a client centered recovery approach. I believe people do heal and recover from a variety of life events.

Most people do not end up in therapy because circumstances are unicorns and rainbows.
