About me
I am currently only accepting preschool to elementary school-age clients for in-person sessions. All other potential clients will be on a waitlist.
I am passionate about working with children, teens, and young adults to help them improve their mental health and wellness. My expertise is in trauma and PTSD, depression, anxiety, suicidality, self-harm, behavioral issues, and women's issues. I have multiple years of experience working with young clients in intensive outpatient settings, after-school programs, inpatient hospital settings, and emergency crisis services. I take a client-centered approach and am a firm believer that all clients have the inner strength to overcome their hardships, they may just need a little help finding it.
I am an avid supporter of the Black Lives Matter movement, women's rights, disability rights, and the LGBTQ+ community. In my free time, I love to dance, paint, read, and hike.
