I am excite to work with clients of all ages with a wide variety of diagnoses I want to help those who need a listening ear feel less alone by creating a safe space for my clients.
I am passionate in working with a wide range of diagnoses, such as anxiety, peer relationships, self-esteem, and stress management. I acknowledge the bravery it takes to seek therapy and utilize this in my person-centered approach. I also utilize other modalities such as ACT, CBT, and Mindfulness-Based Therapy.
I strive to create a safe, welcoming, non-judgmental environment where progress can be made at the pace of each client. From me, you can expect authenticity, compassion, support, understanding, and patience. I can’t wait to work with you and assist you on your journey!
