About me

I work with adults whose past experiences are interfering with their ability to feel grounded, safe, or connected in the present. You may have endured emotional, physical, or sexual abuse in childhood or adulthood. You might be unsure whether what you went through was abuse, but you struggle with chronic self-doubt, shame, emotional overwhelm, or persistent relationship difficulties. You may wonder whether you are experiencing symptoms of trauma, borderline personality disorder (BPD), or complex PTSD and are seeking diagnostic clarity alongside meaningful change.

I use exposure-based and narrative therapies to help you gradually face and process what you have been avoiding — whether it's memories, feelings, or situations. This work is tailored to your pace and needs, helping you to reclaim power and connection in your life without being overwhelming.
Throughout my career I have found myself deeply drawn to how sitting with someone in darkness can make the darkness feel less lonely. My job isn’t necessarily to make the darkness go away; in fact, darkness is a part of the natural cycle of life. However, I am committed to creating a space where we can sit with hard things and navigate where to go, together.
