About me
Hi, I’m Hannah! I work with children, teens, young adults, and families, with a special interest in supporting individuals with disabilities and neurodivergence and their families. I also with with people experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and general life transitions. I currently have openings for new clients and flexible availability, with appointments available as soon as today!
I’m a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern and graduate student in Rehabilitation Counseling at Utah State University. I currently see clients virtually throughout the state of Utah or in-person at Course Counseling in Spanish Fork, UT. I believe therapy should be a place where you can feel comfortable being yourself, feel genuinely heard, and work toward goals that are meaningful to you.
I especially enjoy working with children, teens, and young adults, including individuals with disabilities and neurodivergence. I also enjoy supporting parents and caregivers of children with disabilities who may be navigating stress, burnout, changing family dynamics, or simply need a space to focus on their own well-being.
My background includes several years of experience working with children and adolescents with developmental and behavioral needs. I support clients with concerns such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, emotional regulation, relationships, school concerns, caregiver stress, life transitions, and adjustment to disability.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and individualized. I want therapy to feel approachable and supportive while helping you recognize your strengths, better understand yourself, and make meaningful changes in your life.
