About me

Currently completing the final semesters of my Clinical Mental Health Counseling Master's program, I provide therapy under the supervision of a fully Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I am interested in working with all ages and have a special interest in treating depression, anxiety and helping clients navigate major life transitions.

Feeling burnt out, anxious, depressed, overwhelmed, or navigating a major life transition? You don’t have to go through it alone. I strive to create a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where you can freely share your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I believe therapy is most effective when it is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs. Together, we can work toward meaningful change and growth while focusing on the goals that matter most to you. My hope is that therapy feels like a space where you can better understand yourself, build on your strengths, and feel empowered to create the life you want.

Drawing from person-centered and narrative approaches, I help clients explore stories they tell themselves, recognize their resilience, and consider new perspectives that can support healing and growth. Together, we will identify your goals, explore obstacles that may be holding you back, and develop coping strategies that align with your values.

Every person has a unique story, and I believe you are more than the challenges, struggles, or past experiences you have endured. Your past may have shaped you, but it does not have to define you. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you move toward greater self-understanding, healing, and a more fulfilling life.
