If you’ve landed here, I imagine you might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or weighed down by anxiety, self-doubt, or past experiences. Maybe you feel like you should have it all figured out — but life feels heavy, and you're exhausted trying to carry it alone. I believe healing happens when we feel seen and understood. You deserve support that feels safe, compassionate, and genuinely human. I often help clients who struggle with anxiety, perfectionism, identify questions, grief, or trauma. I integrate somatic practices, parts work, and mindfulness to help create lasting change — not just coping, but deeper healing.
I am trained in EMDR and Integrative Treatment of Complex Trauma, and can provide specialized trauma treatment if desired. Many of my clients are navigating life transitions, carrying the weight of self-criticism, living with the impacts of trauma or complex trauma, or feeling disconnected from themselves and others.
My path to becoming a therapist was shaped by a deep belief that no one should have to navigate pain, trauma, or self-doubt alone. I’ve worked in community mental health, schools and universities, and with immigrant and refugee communities, which has reinforced my commitment to trauma-informed, identity-affirming care. These experiences taught me how complex healing can be — and how powerful it is to feel seen, supported, and understood.
I understand how anxiety, trauma, and life transitions can show up — often as self-doubt, people-pleasing, disconnection, or feeling “stuck.” You don’t need to have the perfect words to explain what’s going on — we can figure that out together. You are not broken; you are human. And healing is possible. Let's take that next step together.
