About me

Now accepting new clients for Fall 2025!

Hi there! I’m Hannah, a Pre-Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist here in Music City. I specialize in supporting career-driven professionals and couples find their footing and create balance in the midst of today’s hectic world. I deeply understand the challenges of juggling ambitious career goals with personal well-being. Whether you’re dealing with work stress, life and career transitions, burnout, anxiety, or relationship issues, I’m here to help you regain balance, enhance your relationships, and find fulfillment in both personal and professional spheres.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent a decade working in Nashville’s music industry. Coming from a creative background, I bring a collaborative, imaginative, and flexible approach to therapy, tailored to each client’s unique needs. I draw from an integrative blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Bowen Family Systems Theory, and The Gottman Method. This integrative style helps me support individuals working through a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, perfectionism, self-doubt, and relationship challenges. For couples, this approach allows me to offer my clients practical strategies for improving communication, managing conflict, and deepening emotional connection.

Together, we’ll unpack what’s been weighing on you, define your goals, and create a path toward the life you envision.

I’m currently accepting new clients for Fall 2025 and offer sliding scale rates ($60–$150 per session) to fit different budgets. I see clients both in-person at my Midtown office and online via Telehealth. Feel free to reach out via email to schedule a session or book a free 15-minute phone consult. I’d love to hear from you!
