About me
Hello, I'm Hanh Phan, and I hold a Master of Arts degree in Speech-Language Pathology (1990) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy (1986). I am currently working in private practice with children and adults, providing tailored support to meet their individual needs. My therapeutic approaches focus on creating a safe and nurturing environment where clients can explore their challenges and develop effective coping strategies. As a dual occupational and speech therapist, my goal is to guide my clients in identifying and using personalized strategies while building skills for a more peaceful and healthy life rooted in self-love and acceptance. Together, we will work towards helping you create a more balanced and meaningful connection between self-care, work and leisure activities.
We will embark on this therapeutic journey together, which will not only help you manage and resolve anxiety but also pave the way from a busy, ruminating mind to a life filled with peace and fulfillment. By utilizing individualized therapeutic modalities, we will start from where you are, creating goals that guide you toward achieving them with a sense of gratitude and purpose. As you progress, you will steadily cultivate a stronger sense of self, ultimately leading to an improved life and deeper connections. I look forward to partnering with you on this transformative journey.
