About me
I am Hamida, welcome, you have taken the first and most important step in your recovery journey. I am dedicated to creating a safe space for you during our therapy process and sessions.
I am credentialed in Australia and experienced in helping my clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, coping with grief and loss, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I create an open and safe environment where you can share your thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment. - My crisis support and counselling experience has helped me look beyond the obvious and dig deeper into how life crises can devastate us in the moment or in different situations and our innate capacity to find resilience when there appears to be no way out
