About me

I am an experienced LCSW telehealth therapist who provides trauma-informed, culturally-conscious care for adults in Colorado seeking support with Trauma/PTSD, Identity, Body Image, Autism/ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Anger Management, and Relationships. I am a Queer and Neurodivergent affirming therapist as well.

When am I going to stop feeling like I'm always in survival mode? What if my childhood actually wasn't 'normal'? How does everyone 'know the rules' for things that don't even have an instruction manual? Why did those things happen to me? Do I even deserve to take up space? How do I handle a world that feels like it’s always burning around me, where I’m constantly bracing for harm because of who I am? You’re carrying so much inside, more than feels possible, & it’s exhausting to hold it all on your own. You deserve a safe, empowering space to honor the parts of yourself just trying to survive this life in the best ways you know how.

As a queer & neurodivergent therapist, I hold lived experience and offer affirming care. I specialize in PTSD/Trauma- such as familial, attachment, prejudice-based, body/disability, relationship, & survivorship (of assault, abuse, DV/IPV, neglect, etc.), Autism/ADHD/HSP, Identity, Body Image, Anger Management, Anxiety, Depression, & Relationships (monogamous and non-monogamous/poly). I also have experience working with a variety of other support areas, feel free to check out my profile and see what resonates with you. My approach is intersectional, anti-racist, LGBTQIA2S+/poly aligned, & HAES. I use ACT, CBT, DBT, Relational, Somatic, SFBT, & more.

I bring four years of experience providing therapy for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, many of whom also live with mental health diagnoses including PTSD/CPTSD, OCD, Psychosis, Bipolar I and II, BPD, eating disorders, schizophrenia, anxiety, and depression, and support areas such as relationships, emotional regulation skills/anger management, coping strategies, sexual behaviors, body image, grief/loss, and more.

You deserve support that is trauma-informed, safe, impactful, and fit for 'real life', which I strive to provide in my work, & sometimes with a bit of well-timed humor along the way. Together, we’ll build a foundation of trust & safety, crafting a space that's empowering, goal-focused, & authentic using an intentional, clinically-sound, and ethical approach.

I have availability to take new clients, so feel free to reach out and schedule a (free) consultation! I offer virtual sessions Mon.-Fri. and Sun. with appointments as early as 10am and as late as 11pm.
