Together, we'll identify your strengths, explore the challenges you're facing, and develop practical tools to help you move toward healing, resilience, and lasting change. My approach is collaborative and individualized, blending evidence-based practices with empathy and genuine connection to help you reach your goals.

I have a special passion for supporting individuals and couples experiencing infertility, pregnancy and postpartum challenges, grief and loss, trauma, and relationship concerns. I also enjoy helping children and adolescents build confidence, strengthen emotional regulation, and navigate the unique challenges that come with growing up.

My goal is to create a therapeutic relationship built on trust, respect, and authenticity. I believe meaningful change happens when people feel safe enough to be themselves, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they find hope, healing, and renewed purpose.
