About me
I have been in practice for over 20 years and have owned my own practice for the last 10 years. I specialize in treating adults recovering from childhood trauma or more recent trauma. I am an experienced EMDR therapist, and I also incorporate parts work to help my clients overcome trauma, depression, anxiety and panic disorders. Additionally, I help people going through difficult life adjustments. Life is too short to go through struggles alone. Don’t hesitate to reach out.
