About me
I’m a bilingual (Spanish) Licensed Clinical Psychologist and a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist & Consultant (CEDS-C) by IAEDP.
Struggles with food, body image, constant dieting, or societal pressures can feel exhausting and isolating. You may find yourself caught in cycles of restriction, bingeing, or shame, unsure how to break free. I’m a bilingual (Spanish/English) Licensed Clinical Psychologist in FL and VT, with an Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (APIT™) through PSYPACT, which allows me to work virtually with clients in 43 states. I am also a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist & Consultant (CEDS-C) through IAEDP. I specialize in eating disorders, disordered eating, and body image healing, and have supported individuals at all stages of recovery as they move toward freedom, self-acceptance, and a more compassionate relationship with themselves.
My approach is client-centered, warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), a weight-inclusive framework, mindfulness, self-compassion, intuitive eating principles, and ACT. Together, we’ll explore what lies beneath the struggle so you can heal, reduce shame, reconnect with your inner self, and feel more empowered in your life.
Although my specialization is in eating disorders and body image, these challenges often intertwine with depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, trauma, grief, life transitions, ADHD, OCD, and multicultural concerns. Therapy with me isn’t about “fixing” you. It’s about creating a space for growth, resilience, and lasting change, helping you feel more grounded, balanced, and empowered.
