About me
"Helping you heal, grow, and take back control—one conversation at a time, from the comfort of home."
Whatever it is that you may be dealing with, you don't have to face it alone. Let's get together and figure it out. Our sessions can be a place for you to say anything without fear of judgment, decide what is no longer working in your life, come up with a plan, and finally prioritize taking care of yourself—all from the comfort of your home, via telehealth and video consultation.
I have worked for over a decade helping adults and adolescents from all walks of life. My clients and I have collaborated on a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, personality disorders, addiction, couples and family issues, domestic violence, sexual violence—supporting both victims and perpetrators—as well as many other challenges that don’t always fit neatly into a category.
As an experienced Clinical Mental Health Counselor, my goal is to provide a safe, comfortable, and open-minded environment where you feel free to express yourself. Together, we can reframe and integrate your life experiences in ways that foster well-being, self-worth, healing, and hope.
