About me
I help adults who feel anxious, stuck, disconnected, or uncertain better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, build confidence, and feel more fulfilled in their lives.
You may be doing well on the outside while still feeling anxious, stuck, disconnected, or unsure about some part of your life. Maybe you’re overthinking your relationships, questioning your direction, struggling with confidence, or simply feeling like something is missing. You don’t need to have everything figured out before coming to therapy.
I work with adults dealing with anxiety, relationships and dating, self-esteem and confidence, life transitions, loneliness and connection, and questions around career, identity, and purpose. I’m especially interested in helping people better understand themselves, recognize patterns in their lives and relationships, and figure out what they actually want moving forward.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and conversational. I don’t believe therapy needs to feel overly clinical or intimidating. I want sessions to be a place where you can be honest, curious, and comfortable talking about things you may not always say out loud. Depending on what you need, our work can involve exploring past experiences and relationship patterns as well as developing practical tools for what you’re dealing with right now.
I bring curiosity, empathy, and a sense of humor when appropriate to the work. My goal isn’t to tell you how you should live your life, but to help you understand yourself more deeply, become a little less hard on yourself, and feel more confident creating a life and relationships that feel right for you.
