About me
I am an experienced therapist dedicated to helping adolescents, adults, and families navigating a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, and stress. I specialize in gender and sexuality affirming care and parenting/family concerns.
Welcome! In my practice I support adolescents, young adults, and families who are navigating issues including anxiety, depression, stress, and other concerns. I am passionate about supporting teens and young adults seeking gender and sexuality affirming care and who are looking to create positive change in their lives. In addition, as a member of the LGBTQ+ community and a parent, I am especially equipped to support parents in the LGBTQ+ community seeking parenting and relationship support. My approach to therapy is eclectic; selecting individualized techniques to fit the client need. Utilizing techniques from multiple theories, I work to create a safe space to explore strengths and challenges, set goals, and cultivate new coping skills.
