About me
Hello and Welcome!
I’m Grace! A Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a Military Family and Life Counselor (MFLC) in Michigan with thirty-plus years of experience as a Medical Social Worker, out-patient therapist, and Critical Incident Stress Management behavioral health specialist.
I have worked nationally and internationally in hospital settings, military installations, and meeting people in the communities where they live. Aspects of my training include; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Therapeutic Storytelling, Solution Focused Therapy, Art Therapy, Psychodrama, and Wellness. My approach is eclectic but often narrative or story-based in style. My goal is to support you in identifying your strengths, increasing your skill sets, and taking a deeper dive into your life’s goals and intentions as a cornerstone for change.
Thank you for taking the first step. If you are ready to take the next step, I look forward to working with you.
Looking forward to continuing the conversation!
