About me
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a clinical focus in obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and obsessive-compulsive related disorders for both minors and adults! I also treat anxiety, agoraphobia, specific phobias, and body-focused repetitive behaviors!
I have specialized training in ERP therapy for OCD. I am trained in and integrate several therapeutic approaches. I often use ACT, ERP, exposure therapy, I-CBT, and DBT skills in sessions, depending on what you need!
Unwanted thoughts can be scary and make it hard to seek help due to the fear of judgment. With my lived experience and training, I offer a space where your fears and anxiety are met with compassion!
