About me
Seeking the help of a therapist is a very courageous step! Whether you're struggling with a particular issue or just can't shake the feeling that there should be more to life, I’m confident that I can help.
The primary focus of my practice has been in addictions and co-occurring conditions working both with adolescents and adults; helping to manage all that accompanies a substance-related or addictive disorder. However I have worked with diverse populations and issues and am accustomed to working with clients in individual, family and group settings. I have helped clients like you successfully address a wide variety of issues.
I utilize a blended, technically eclectic model of evidenced-based treatments with strengths-based philosophies. Particularly paying attention to meet the you where you are in the therapeutic process. I don't take the expert stance as you are the expert in your life and know what best will suit you in finding balance, health and wellness.
My goal is to assist you in finding balance by identifying solutions that will lead to personal joy, happiness, healthy relationships and overall well-being. I offer a safe and encouraging environment where you are allowed to explore the solutions that will lead to that balance.
