About me
I am a licensed therapist specializing in helping adults with ARFID reduce food-related anxiety, expand their eating comfort, and find greater ease in daily life.
Living with ARFID can feel isolating and overwhelming. You might avoid certain foods, fear choking or vomiting, or find social meals exhausting. I created Nourisesh to offer a space where adults with ARFID can be understood, respected, and supported with structured, evidence-based care.
I’m Grace Annan, LICSW, LCSW-QS, licensed in FL, DC, CT, NJ, and DE, and bilingual in English and Italian. My approach is both structured and compassionate, blending research-informed strategies with a deep respect for your lived experience. Together, we’ll work toward reducing food anxiety, increasing flexibility, and creating more peace at mealtimes.
