About me
I am a compassionate and client-centered counselor dedicated to empowering personal growth, fostering emotional healing, and guiding individuals toward lasting, meaningful change in their lives.
Hello! My name is Grace Allen, and I am an LAPC. I went to Liberty University to get my master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I’m a compassionate, client-centered counselor committed to creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and understood. I believe that each person’s story is unique, and I work collaboratively with clients to explore challenges, build on strengths, and develop meaningful strategies for growth and healing. My approach is grounded in empathy, respect, and evidence-based practices, allowing me to tailor each session to your individual needs and goals. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship concerns, or simply seeking greater self-awareness, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
