About me
I am a compassionate and dedicated Clinical Social Worker/Therapist who bring a wealth of experience to my work with children (12 and up) and adults facing anxiety, depression, grief and loss and major life transitions. My therapy approach is rooted in the belief that healing begins with a strong therapeutic alliance-one grounded in trust, safety, and collaboration.
Drawing from an integrative therapy framework, I tailor my work to meet the unique needs of each client. My approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, Existential Therapy and Specialized grief work. This diverse toolkit allows me to address a wide range of emotional psychological concerns with flexibility and care.
I earned my Master's degree in Clinical Social Work fro New Mexico Highland's University in 2016, with a focus on trauma and substance abuse. I bring a deep understand of the complex challenges faced by individuals who experience marginalization and systemic barriers, informed by my background in working with the state of New Mexico, medical social work and school based social work.
I am currently the founder of Eternal Light Counseling, LLC. I am committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered in their healing journey. My first priority is ensuring clients feel safe and that therapy is a collaborative process designed to meet my clients goals. I am a seasoned Telehealth provider, offering flexible and accessible care to support my clients well-being with convenience and continuity.
All of my best,
Glorijana Wolfgang, MSW, LCSW
