About me
My name is Gloria Stahl. I earned my Master of Social Work from Campbellsville University, completing a Clinical Social Work program grounded in social justice and compassion. I have supported individuals across the lifespan (children, adolescents, adults, and seniors) in developing practical strategies to reduce anxiety and depression, strengthen emotional regulation, improve focus, and decrease negative self-talk.
My approach to therapy is providing a safe space for clients. Specialized in using evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral strategies, Mindfulness, trauma-informed care, solution-focused, person-centered, strength-based, and compassionate care.
Clients can expect to receive compassionate care in a non-judgmental, supportive, and structured environment. I am warm, caring, relatable, and approachable.
