About me
I am a certified sex therapist, person-centered, trauma-informed clinician, and Army Veteran dedicated to helping individuals heal from betrayal trauma and relational wounds by fostering safety, connection, and lasting transformation.
Choosing a therapist can feel overwhelming—especially when you are scrolling through profile after profile, each filled with degrees, certifications, and long lists of approaches. While credentials matter, what matters most in therapy is not the letters before or after our names—it’s the relationship we build together.
The therapeutic relationship is at the heart of healing—especially when navigating the pain of intimate partner betrayal trauma or deeply rooted relational wounds. My role is to provide a safe space where your vulnerability is honored, respected, and held with care. As an Army Veteran and Veteran of Foreign Wars, I bring resilience, discipline, and a deep respect for the strength within each person. These experiences shape the way I sit with clients—not as someone with all the answers, but as someone who understands the courage it takes to face pain, embrace growth, and move toward healing.
My approach is person-centered, strength-based, and holistic. I draw from evidence-based modalities, advanced clinical training, and the wisdom of lived experience. I integrate somatic awareness, mindfulness, cultural perspectives, and relational patterns to support your journey.
Together, we will explore the patterns—whether shaped in childhood, self-perception, or relationships—which may be influencing your life in ways which are not always obvious. Through this awareness, we create space for new choices, healing, and transformation.
I am currently pursuing my Ph.D. in Clinical Sexology, with a focus on deepening understanding of intimacy, attachment, and healing in relationships. My ongoing doctoral work keeps my practice informed by the most current research while remaining grounded in compassion and connection.
Our work together is not about fixing you, it’s about walking alongside you as you build on your strengths, reconnect with your voice, and cultivate deeper, more meaningful connections.
