About me
Multicultural and trauma informed service providers. Creating better outcomes for mental health by revealing what's under the surface and developing methods of adjustment for day-to-day issues and large scale problems.
GHDC Counseling practices from the belief that everyone can succeed if given the resources to do so, and we know that everyone has a purpose to discover. A therapist’s duty is to empower. When done correctly, therapy can be a resource for self-awareness, better relationships, and happiness that extends beyond material things. Our agency has considerable experience with trauma, serious mental illness, and holistic treatment methods. We are also experienced in servicing children, offering play therapy and art-based counseling services.
GHDC emphasizes responsive services through eclectic therapy. Eclectic psychotherapy pulls the best resources from CBT, DBT, ARC, and other modalities of counseling to create a personalized experience for each individual. Eclecticism is a skilled method of approach that can be used for diversity counseling, complex trauma, and other clinical concerns.
Choosing a therapist can be a daunting experience, but goodness of fit can determine long-term success. If you believe that GHDC might be able to serve you on your journey for wellness then please reach out bey email to discuss clinical options and scheduling for an intake appointment.
