About me
I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor offering sessions to individuals for anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and trauma. As a Navy veteran, I also have a passion to work with military connected individuals. I work with tweens, adolescents, and adults. My goal is to build rapport and trust with each client, to assist them with identifying goals and potential solutions to issues that are causing difficulty or uncertainty.
