About me
I am credentialed in the UK with 20 years of professional work experience. I have extensive experience in helping clients affected by domestic abuse, homicide, crime specialist support, stress and anxiety, relationship issues, trauma and abuse, & depression. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to explore the self at a deeper level and to take the first steps towards a deeper understanding and to recognise things in ourself that we may want to change. I have a special interest in to the unconscious process where we find ourselves repeating patterns, having trained psychoanalytically i can facilitate this process to explore at a deeper level and am here to support & empower you in that journey.
