About me

For the last 25 years, I have been driven by my passion to help clients see new possibilities, feel hopeful in their lives and heal the burdens they carry. My expertise includes working with those struggling with self-esteem/confidence, traumatic history, unresolved grief, anxiety, or life transitions.

I use a variety of therapeutic techniques and I am a Certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, and trained in Brainspotting. As an Addiction Specialist, I focus on outpatient treatment for adults reaching for recovery from alcohol and drug use.

One of the most common experiences we silently share with one another in life is grief. Over the last 40 years, I have helped individuals manage their experiences with grief and loss.

I share my experience, knowledge, and passion through grief intensive workshops, and private one-on-one sessions, and help individuals understand that while grief and loss can create foundational changes in their lives, there is always hope for growth and healing. My book, "Me After You" is more than a book about grief – it is a guide, a therapeutic process, and a stabilizing and connecting force for individuals dealing with the many complexities following the loss of a loved one.

I do deeper work through two-day intensives focused on self-esteem, co-dependency, grief, trauma history or a combination of these issues. Intensives are geared towards doing therapeutic work to get unstuck, create movement and understanding of past and present issues. The ultimate goal is to create clarity and healing.
