My specialties include working with those struggling with a loss of self-esteem/confidence, traumatic history, unresolved grief or life transitions. I provide Intensives for clients who are struggling with self-esteem, co-dependency, grief, trauma history or a combination of these issues.

For the last 25 years, I have been driven by my passion to help clients see new possibilities, feel hopeful in their lives and heal the burdens they carry. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques and I am a Certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, also trained in Brainspotting. I am also an Addiction Specialist focusing on outpatient treatment for adults reaching for recovery from alcohol and drug use. I have recently added two-day intensives. Intensives are geared towards doing therapeutic work to get unstuck, create movement and understanding of past and present issues. The ultimate goal is to create clarity and healing.
