About me
I'm a therapist with over a decade of experience supporting individuals through life's most meaningful transitions and challenges. I work with clients across the lifespan, bringing a compassionate, culturally responsive approach to therapy.
My practice centers on helping people cultivate self-love, strengthen communication, and navigate complex relational dynamics—including attachment patterns, commitment concerns, and infidelity. I'm also deeply committed to supporting women through pregnancy, childbirth, body image concerns, and broader women's issues. I work with clients exploring life purpose, forgiveness, family-of-origin patterns, and blended family dynamics.
I have experience supporting individuals facing workplace stress, caregiver burnout, immigration transitions, and multicultural concerns. I'm also trained to work with clients managing self-harm, impulsivity, control issues, and avoidant patterns, as well as those navigating HIV/AIDS-related concerns.
My approach is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and a deep respect for each person's unique story and identity. I believe therapy is a collaborative journey where you are the expert of your own experience, and I'm here to walk alongside you with care and genuine support.
