I am an experienced child and adolescent clinician whose framework for healing emphasizes safety, empowerment, authenticity, and honoring each client's lived experiences.

Many of the clients I work with feel overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally stuck, or impacted by past experiences that continue to affect their daily lives. Others seek support while navigating relationships, stress, identity, or major life transitions. I believe everyone deserves a safe, nonjudgmental space to feel heard and understood. At IWG, we work collaboratively to build on your strengths, develop healthy coping skills, foster resilience, and support meaningful, lasting growth in an inclusive and affirming environment.
As a graduate counseling intern, I provide trauma-informed, liberation-focused therapy tailored to each client's unique needs. I integrate DBT, play-based, and art-based approaches to create a warm, collaborative space where clients feel safe, build confidence, strengthen coping skills, and move toward healing.
