About me
Seeking therapy can feel intimidating, yet I view it as a courageous and empowering step toward growth. I believe everyone can benefit from therapy, not only as a source of healing but also as a pathway to personal development. My counseling is grounded in a family systems perspective, recognizing how our upbringing shapes the way we relate to ourselves and others. Many of the challenges we face in relationships stem from patterns learned within our families, and exploring these dynamics can open the door to meaningful change.
I take a whole-person approach, integrating elements of cognitive behavioral therapy, client-centered practices, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to support both individual and relationship goals. I provide counseling for individuals and couples with a mindful, compassionate focus on areas such as relationships, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, addiction, self-esteem, and conflict resolution.
I am continually inspired by the resilience of the human spirit and our innate ability to heal when given the right care and attention. Because relationships profoundly influence our well-being from childhood through adulthood, my goal is to create a warm, open, and collaborative space where emotional, spiritual, and creative growth can flourish.
