About me
Hello, and welcome. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida with six years of experience supporting individuals and families through difficult life experiences. My clinical background includes working with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, family conflict, parenting challenges, relationship concerns, and major life transitions. I also have extensive experience supporting adoptive and foster families and individuals impacted by domestic violence and other traumatic experiences.
My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, strengths-based, and trauma-informed. I believe therapy should provide a safe and supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and comfortable being yourself. Together, we can explore the concerns that brought you to therapy, identify patterns that may be affecting your well-being, and develop practical strategies to help you move toward meaningful change.
My therapeutic approach incorporates Motivational Interviewing, solution-focused strategies, strengths-based interventions, and trauma-informed care. Depending on your individual needs and goals, our work may focus on developing healthy coping skills, managing stress and anxiety, improving communication, strengthening boundaries, processing difficult life experiences, increasing self-awareness, and building healthier relationships.
