About me
I'm Gerri - Therapy for a Brighter, More Confident You.
I have over 20 years of experience working in the UK. In that time, I have worked with many people with many different issues and concerns.
I help people to build healthy relationships, manage their anxiety and stress, improve self-confidence and self-esteem, work issues, family disputes.
I have specialised in helping people who've been hurt by trauma or painful relationships, working with them to heal past wounds and feel safer in themselves, so they can create the healthy, trusting relationships they deserve.
I understand that reaching out for therapy takes courage, and I am here to guide you with empathy and expertise.
My therapy style is practical and supportive, helping you to gain new perspectives and develop effective coping strategies. Whether you are facing personal struggles or relationship challenges, we'll tackle it at your pace, with kindness and understanding, we'll work together to create meaningful and lasting change.
I believe that therapy should be as unique as you are, which is why I take a tailored approach to every client. Drawing from both humanistic and psychodynamic therapies, we'll focus on personal growth, self-understanding, and uncovering patterns that may be holding you back, helping you to move forward with confidence.
If you're ready to take that first step, I'd love to hear from you.
