About me
I see each person as an integrated whole. My goal is to assist clients in discovering a sense of purpose and meaning in their lives.
My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that real change begins when we’re willing to face hard truths—about ourselves, our past, and our patterns. I know that human behavior is complex, and that good people sometimes make choices they regret. I work with my clients to meet these challenges with honesty and vulnerability, helping them break free from destructive cycles and tap into their natural ability to grow and heal.
In our work together, I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your fears, mistakes, and unmet needs without judgment. My goal isn’t just to help you heal, but to empower you with tools and insights that support lasting, meaningful change. I want you to feel heard, understood, and capable of creating a life that reflects your values.
I earned my Master’s in Clinical Counseling from Regis University in 2021, after first studying Criminal Justice. During that time, I became especially interested in how mental health and the justice system intersect—and how often unaddressed emotional wounds lie at the root of harmful behavior. That awareness continues to shape the way I practice today.
My style is existential and holistic, meaning I see you as a whole person—not just a diagnosis or a problem to fix. I help clients connect with their deeper sense of meaning and purpose, which often leads to greater clarity, resilience, and a stronger sense of personal responsibility. Together, we’ll explore not just what’s hurting, but what matters most to you—and how to build a life that aligns with who you truly are.
