About me

I'm a psychodynamic psychotherapist dedicated to helping people lead fuller lives by discovering a deeper, more expansive sense of self.

I work with sensitive, creative people who have gotten stuck somewhere along the way. You might have had great success in life, but now you feel something’s missing. Or maybe it seems like something big is right around the corner, but you don’t know how to get there. Perhaps you have the sense that something has to change, but you don’t know what or how. Let’s find out together.

My approach draws from attachment theory, Narrative Therapy, and Depth Psychology. We look at the ways in which you and the people closest to you co-authored your life story, and how that informs the way you see yourself and your future. By taking a serious look at your dreams, fantasies, hopes, and fears, you can find a new story that opens up the possibility for a more expansive, rewarding, and meaningful life.

In my work with couples, I focus less on the points of conflict and more on the entrenched beliefs, unspoken contracts, and systemic factors that have taken control of your relationship. I try to be the calm, curious presence that notices when things get too intense and gently pushes in the direction of greater insight, empathy, and understanding.

In my work with teens and adolescents, I draw from my background in education, art, and technology to help develop confidence and purpose, overcome anxiety, and navigate issues of identity and relationships in a fast-changing world.

Taking the first step isn’t easy. Whether you’re ready to start working together or just want to know more, I’d be honored to hear from you. Reach out today and book a free consultation.
