About me
I am a compassionate therapist dedicated to helping individuals build meaningful, balanced lives by increasing self-awareness, breaking unhelpful patterns, and developing practical coping skills, with a special interest in supporting women through perimenopause and menopause, as well as adults and older adults navigating anxiety, stress, depression, life transitions, and health-related challenges.
I help clients build meaningful, balanced lives by providing a supportive space to increase self-awareness, break unhelpful patterns, and develop practical coping skills. Together, we focus on what matters most to you—and create tools you can use in everyday life. I have a special interest in supporting women through perimenopause and menopause, and I also work with individuals navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, depression, and health-related concerns such as smoking cessation and diabetes management.
I take a collaborative, personalized, integrative, and evidence-based (science-backed) approach to therapy, leaning on cognitive-behavioral (CBT) tools while staying flexible and tailoring my work to each person's unique goals and needs. I start by getting to know my clients and understanding their experiences, needs, and goals, and from there we work together to create a personalized treatment plan. With additional training in health psychology, I take a whole-person view—considering the connection between mind and body and integrating sleep, nutrition, movement, and social connection to support lasting well-being and healthy aging.
Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and I respect the courage it takes to begin. I aim to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. When you’re ready, you’re welcome to schedule a call—we can talk through your goals, answer any questions, and decide together on the best path forward.
