About me
I specialize in working with couples and families, alongside adolescents and adults navigating trauma, ADHD, postpartum depression, and life transitions.
Relationships are hard - and sometimes love alone isn't enough to break old patterns or bridge growing distance. Whether you're feeling disconnected from your partner, overwhelmed as a parent, or stuck in cycles you can't seem to escape, you don't have to figure it out alone. This is a space where both your emotional and spiritual well-being matter. For those who value faith, I'm also able to thoughtfully weave spirituality into the process. Couples work is at the heart of what I do. Drawing from Family Systems Therapy, CBT, and DBT, I help partners and families untangle painful patterns, rebuild trust, and develop tools that actually hold up in real life. My approach is trauma-informed throughout - because so much of what strains our relationships lives in our history. Whether you're fighting to reconnect with your partner, supporting a struggling teen, processing trauma, or adjusting to new parenthood - your story deserves to be fully heard. Therapy with me is collaborative, strengths-based, and built around where you actually want to go. Real change is possible, and we'll work toward it together.
