I am Licensed Mental Health Therapist in Iowa. I started my private practice over 13 years ago. I offer a HIPPA compliant, safe and welcoming telehealth environment. I use a variety of modalities to help you reach your therapy goals. I’m trained in EMDR, CBT, DBT, Solution Focus and others.
