About me
I strive to provide a safe space where my clients can feel free to be who they are, and to explore themselves in the therapeutic relationship. Self love and acceptance is at the core of healing. I meet the client where they are with no judgements. I have found this to be the groundwork for change.
Relational therapy is the foundation of my training and education. It is in the context of relationship, being known, that healing can happen where self awareness and consciousness can grow and rise.
I offer a space for creating a compassionate relationship with yourself that is positive, respectful and free. Together we find the obstacles to love. I work with people where they are and offer unconditional acceptance and positive regard as we work towards transformation and empowerment. I seek to work holistically integrating mind, body and heart/energy/spirit.
