About me

I help people navigate trauma, toxic relationships, and identity challenges, empowering them to heal, grow, and align their lives with their values.

Life can be overwhelming, especially when you're dealing with unresolved trauma, toxic relationships, or a sense of feeling stuck. Maybe you’ve found yourself repeating unhealthy patterns or questioning whether you’re “too sensitive” or at fault in difficult dynamics. Words like "abuse," "trauma," or "narcissistic abuse" might feel too big—or perhaps they resonate deeply. Wherever you are in your journey, you don’t have to carry these struggles alone.

Therapy offers a space to untangle confusion, explore your experiences, and move toward healing and growth. My approach is warm, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that real change happens when we feel safe, supported, and empowered to face life’s hardest truths. Together, we’ll work to make sense of your story, identify patterns that no longer serve you, and help you build a life aligned with your values and goals.

For some clients, past experiences have left deep emotional wounds or created feelings of being “stuck.” In these cases, we may use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a highly effective tool for processing unresolved emotions and shifting long-held beliefs. Combining EMDR with talk therapy allows us to address challenges holistically, helping you move forward with clarity and confidence.

Clients often describe therapy with me as a space where they feel deeply understood and empowered. We’ll focus on identifying blind spots, reflecting on patterns, and creating strategies for meaningful change. Whether it’s learning to set boundaries, healing from relational trauma, or rediscovering your sense of self, therapy is a collaborative process tailored to your unique needs.

I specialize in working with individuals who feel stuck in toxic patterns, have experienced difficult or manipulative relationships, or are navigating life transitions and identity challenges. You might be wondering: Is it trauma? Is it neurodivergence? Is it simply how I am? Whatever the root, therapy can help you explore these questions and connect with what feels true for you. It’s not about fitting into a mold—it’s about uncovering your authentic self and aligning your life with what truly matters.

The process often involves taking a compassionate but honest look at the past—how relationships, environments, or experiences have shaped your current struggles—and discovering ways to move forward with greater clarity and resilience. This might include reflecting on lessons learned, uncovering blind spots, and finding the courage to take steps toward change.

Therapy isn’t always easy, but it can be transformative. My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and supported as you navigate your challenges. You don’t have to have it all figured out before starting—this work is about taking one step at a time, at your pace.

I offer online therapy with flexible scheduling, including early morning sessions, to make support as accessible as possible. If you’re ready to reclaim your sense of self and create a life aligned with your values, let’s connect. This is your space to heal, grow, and discover what’s possible for you.
